I was employed by Siren Training to deliver Mental Health First Aid training to over 350 employees at Standard Chartered Bank. Staff trained so far
Globally, there are around 350 MHFAiders®, from early on in their mental health skills journey, Standard Chartered recognised that mental health is equally important as physical health in terms of their employees wellbeing

With the rollout of MHFAider® training, Standard Chartered Bank programme has been supported by a core working group, Joshua Oyange Regional Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Africa and Middle East
Joshua was part of the second cohort of MHFAiders® to be trained in October 2019, just before the Covid pandemic.
I Would like to thank Ginny our instructor for been able to allow us share our experiences, encourage to be more inclusive and in a very short time created and very cohesive group with the ability to listen, communicate , be vigilant and most of all compassionate to anyone who is going to mental illness.
