At Working Wellbeing we are dedicated to ending the stigma attached to mental health in the workplace. We believe that by providing support to your workplace through adapted training we can create a healthier work force.

Ginny Hulin
Ginny is a National Trainer for Mental Health England and has been delivering Mental
Health First Aid since 2019 to a wide variety of industries to include Standard Chartered
Bank, Knight Frank, Danske Bank and more recently Arsenal Football Club. Prior to
undertaking training with Mental Health First Aid Ginny worked in the Media Industry and
has since qualified to become a psychotherapeutic counsellor.

Laurie Nitschneider
Laurie joined Working Wellbeing in 2022, as a Mental Health Ambassador Laurie co-ordinates training delivery to ensure the best delegate experience. With a background in marketing Laurie also oversees the website and marketing channels.

Colette Norbury
Since 2019 Colette has supported a range of businesses, including Whittard of Chelsea,
Oxford University, Oxford Biomedica, and Taylor Francis Publishing, providing training - and
advising on strategy – utilising her passion to be as proactive as possible in supporting
mental health at work.
Colette has an Honours degree in Education and is a licensed Mental Health First Aid
Instructor. Colette’s specialism in mental health began in 2008, when she created and
delivered the Change Your Programme for young people and adults.
She has created and delivered courses for Mind and remains a trusted partner. In 2021 she
co-created the ‘ground-breaking’ Self Harm to Self-Care Programme in Oxford, UK.
