Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
Ginny is a keen advocate of breaking down the stigma surrounding mental ill health and increasing the awareness of common mental health disorders. She provides training to enable people to develop the skills to care for their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others in the workplace and at home.
Ginny is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and is seeing clients in private practice. Her psychotherapy work allows Ginny to bring a depth of understanding and insights into her training course around Depression and Anxiety in the workplace. She facilitates conversations in her group helping to expand people’s knowledge around mental health, to understand the warning signs and to use appropriate signpost to professional supports.

Ginny has delivered over 1000 courses to a variety of business sectors, including both private and public sector organisations. Ginny has worked alongside many well known businesses such as: Standard Chartered Bank, Danske Bank, Knight Frank and Ikea. As well as training NHS and educational staff throughout the UK.

Ginny is a Mum of two young boys and enjoys wild swimming and exercise for her own wellbeing. Ginny also volunteers for the Charity Sands and is a trained befriender.
